This item is a Caro billfold by Billpak which has never been used. It is a cobalt blue with brown decoration. When open it has places for credit cards, drivers license and checks. There is a zippered pouch in the center for change and another pouch in back for bills. It is new in the box but without tags. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
